    Participants must be at least 16 years old. Under 18 years old are required to submit a parental consent form. Participants of the Rafting Group must be at least 10 years old. Under 18 years old also need to submit a parental consent form.

Triathlon Relay Group (Iron Triangle)

  1. Requires 2-3 participants to complete the rafting, running, and cycling segments as a relay.
  2. Shuttle services will be provided: Runners: Transportation from Ruisui to Qimei transition area.
  3. Cyclists: Transportation from Ruisui to Changhong Bridge transition area. Due to shuttle logistics, the same participant cannot compete in both rafting and cycling.

Rafting-Only Group

  1. Participants must form teams of 8 people per group.
  2. If a team has fewer than 8 participants, the organizers will group participants in order of registration, and team assignments cannot be contested.

* E-bike categories will not be eligible for competition prizes.
* All participants must check in one day before the race at the event venue (Ruisui Station rear entrance) for boat numbering.

Check-in Instructions

Registration can be done via mail or pick-up at convenience stores. Postage fees should be paid together with the registration fee.

  • Check-in race packs will be delivered by t-cat and can be pick-up at convenience stores. The postage fees are as follows:

    1. Please pay attention to the parcel delivery status during the delivery period. You can check the progress of the delivery. Materials are expected to be sent out gradually starting from May 27. Please ensure you provide the correct address (do not use a postal mailbox, limited to within Taiwan). If you have not received the materials or if there are any discrepancies by June 11, please contact the organizer at +886-2-5591-5658, service hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
    2. Due to incomplete mailing addresses or the inability to deliver materials due to no one being available to sign, resulting in the inability to participate, the organizer will not resend the materials. Please collect the materials at Body Marketing Co., Ltd. within one week after the event during office hours, May 6 (Monday) to May 10 (Friday), 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with your bib number. Overdue items will be deemed as forfeited. (Address: 1F, No. 14, Lane 48, Wenzhou Street, Da'an District, Taipei City, TEL:02-55915658).
    3. Receiving the check-in materials indicates that the check-in procedure is complete. Please go to the service center on the day of the event.
    4. After completing the check-in, please carefully keep the bib and chip. Lost items will not be reissued. Participants without a bib will lose their eligibility.
  • Registration note:
    1. Each person can only register for one event and one group, and repeated registration is not allowed.
    2. Please fill in the registration information carefully. Those who have completed the registration procedures are not allowed to request to change the competition items (if you need a refund, please refer to the refund policy).
    3. Incomplete procedures and insufficient payment of registration fees are regarded as incomplete registration procedures.

  • Friendly Reminder:
    1. Get enough sleep the day before the event to ensure your body is in the best condition on race day.
    2. Avoid exercising on an empty stomach on race day, and please complete your meal at least two hours before the race.
  • Penalty rules
    • Participants who benefit from the help of others during the game (such as rides, support, etc.).
    • The registration group does not match the identity verification qualifications.
    • Violation of sportsmanship and ethics (such as fighting, insulting referees...).
    • No number bib (must be hung on the chest) and chip.
    • Those who do not wear the turning point token (should be worn on the wrist to facilitate the judgment of the referee's ranking).
    1. Appeal:

      Competition disputes: Participants are not allowed to question the referees on the spot during the competition. If there is an indication of the same meaning as the track and field rules, the referees shall prevail and no complaints may be lodged.

      Appeal procedure: For any problems related to the competition, it must be raised to the competition team of the conference within 30 minutes after the results of each group are announced, and a deposit of NT$1,000 must be paid at the same time, and the competition team will sign for the receipt; all appeals are subject to the judgment of the Arbitration Committee. If the judgment is correct, the security deposit will be confiscated and used as conference expenses.

    2. Timing considerations:
      • The organizer will start to calculate the time record based on the time when the gun is fired, and this time record will be used as the judgment of the runners' ranking and performance statistics.
      • This event adopts the chip sensor system to judge the results. The "General Assembly Results" is the starting time of firing guns. All reward results are based on the "General Assembly Results".
      • Participants must wear the chip at the prescribed place during the competition. For the wearing method, please refer to the official website.
      • Participants are obliged to ensure that the chip is worn securely and correctly, and those who lose the chip will lose their eligibility to win prizes.
      • Participants are required to start within 10 minutes after the gun is fired, otherwise the organizer has the right to prohibit them from starting and the score will not be calculated.
      • The chip is used as the basis for timing. Please pass each sensor point and confirm that the chip you are wearing has passed the sensor floor mat. The organizer will not be responsible for those who fail to use the chip in accordance with the organizer's regulations and result in no results.
      • Competitors are prohibited from exchanging chips, wearing other people's chips or wearing more than 2 chips. Violators will be disqualified and the score will not be counted.
    3. Other considerations:
      • TThe organizer has the right to modify the above competition rules and announce them on the official website without objection.
      • This competition will use the "competition time" to judge the results.
      • Participants must wear the chip at the prescribed place during the competition. For the wearing method, please refer to the official website.
      • Those who fail to pass the closing point within the time limit will be disqualified directly by the referees, and Participants cannot object.
      • Safety comes first. If you feel unwell, please stop the competition immediately, and please bring your health insurance card or relevant certification documents with you.
      • Please follow the instructions of the referees for the game and read the rules of the game carefully.
      • In response to environmental protection, please use environmentally friendly water cups, and the supply station does not provide paper cups.
      • Please put rubbish into the trash bin set up by the conference to respond to environmental protection and facilitate post-match cleaning.
      • In case of force majeure, natural disasters or bad weather, the organizer will decide to cancel or postpone the event to another alternative route depending on the situation, and Participants shall have no objection. It will be announced on the official website of the event 3 days before the event without prior notice.
      • The video, photos and results of this event are copyrighted by the organizer.
      • The organizer reserves the right to change the content of the event. If there is any latest news about the event, it will be updated on the official website of the event. If there are any unfinished matters in the above event, the organizer may revise it at any time without prior notice.
    4. Insurance notes:

      Dear runners: Exercise is an important element to maintain a healthy body. Please do what you can according to your running conditions on the day of running, and please get enough sleep the day before the event and finish eating 2 hours before running on the day. The organizer will only provide necessary emergency medical aid to the scene, and the diseases caused by the own diseases are not covered by the insurance, and the public accident insurance only covers the injuries suffered due to site accidents. For this event, the organizer has purchased public accident insurance and travel safety insurance in accordance with the safety management points of large-scale group activities. If a Participant changes in private without notifying the organizer, please add travel safety insurance by yourself, and the organizer will not be responsible for the uninsured Participants.

      Public accident insurance coverage:

      • The insured shall be liable for compensation according to the law due to the following accidents during the insurance period, resulting in third party bodily injury, death or property damage to the third party, and the company shall be liable for compensation to the insured when a claim for compensation is received.
      • Accidents that occur in the business premises specified in this insurance policy due to the business operation of the insured or his employees.
      • Accidents that occur to the insurer in buildings, passages, machines or other working objects where the insurer operates its business.

      Special exclusions:

      • Personal illness leading to sports injury.
      • Symptoms due to personal physique or cardiovascular symptoms, such as shock, heart attack, diabetes, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, altitude sickness, epilepsy, dehydration, etc.
      • If the Participant encounters the medical history of the disease mentioned in the second item, it is recommended that the Participant carefully consider his own safety and add personal accident insurance by himself.

      • Unexplained difficulty breathing
      • Unexplained dizziness
      • Suddenly lose consciousness
      • Hypertension (>140/90mmHg)
      • Heart disease
      • Abnormal kidney function
      • Diabetes
      • Hyperlipidemia (total cholesterol>240mg/Dl)
      • Family history of heart disease (heart attack or sudden death in first-degree relatives before the age of 60)
      • Epilepsy
    5. Participant Declaration:

      I (all members of this group) hereby declare that I am in good health and have no history of unknown chest discomfort (chest pain, chest tightness), difficulty breathing, or illnesses such as hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, asthma, etc. If there has been any unexplained chest discomfort (chest pain, chest tightness), difficulty breathing, or if I have any of the mentioned illnesses, I will carefully consider my safety based on the organizer's advice. I will not participate against my better judgment. I declare that if any accidents occur during the race due to personal health reasons or intentional actions on my part, I am willing to take full responsibility, and all liabilities are not related to the organizer.
